Spa Break UK Moddershall Oaks Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to all UK residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families.
2. No purchase is necessary, but when entering entrants will subscribe to the promoter's e-mail newsletter service. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time. Entry is via the online entry form only. The closing date is 18th March 2008. Late entries will not be accepted. One entry per person.
3. There is one prize, consisting of two night’s accommodation in a luxury Cabin Suite at Moddershall Oaks in Staffordshire, all meals from dinner on arrival through to and including lunch on departure, choice of a luxury facial or full body massage, full use of spa facilities. There is no cash alternative.
4. The winner will be drawn at random by the promoter and will be informed by email. Notwithstanding the declaration of a winner, if the promoter discovers that any participant (including the winner) was ineligible to enter or their entry should have been declared invalid, then the promoter reserves the right to disqualify such participant and withhold the prize if applicable.
5. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this prize draw or these terms and conditions for reasons that are outside its control or where it is reasonably necessary to do so. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winner's name will be published at https://www.matalan.co.uk for one week. The winner authorises the promoter to publish their name and agrees to participate in further reasonable publicity connected with this prize draw.
7. This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and in the event of any dispute the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
