Am I missing something? Amazon Vouchers

looking at the vouchers for sale on ebay - amazon for £100 current bid £99.58 and another 1 for £60 and someone offered to buy it now for face value. This makes me think there must be some other benefit in this but cant see what -anyone know?
Otherwise surely safer to give your money directly to Amazon?

people buy the vouchers so they dont have paypal cash going through their bank accounts.
they can then spend the vouchers,so the transactions all stay online
  • dont forget people do have incentives to purchase through ebay too.

sites like quidco pay out comission on winning bids, and many people like me are themselves ebay affiliates so dont require quidco and go through the affiliate programe direct.

then there's the ebay extra promotion running at the moment.

    i could go on....
