I have just been looking on their website at offers. There is a tasty offer for a half price v+ box at £75, so I rang them to enquire about it.

A nice fella in India then told me that the offer had expired - when I checked the small print it said offer ends 03/02/08 !

How can a company like Virgin not remove offers from their website when they have expired nearly 2 weeks ago ?

Does anyone have a UK contact number for Virgin ?

I thought I should share some good news for a change.

I managed to get through to their sales team, and they told me the £75 offer was still on, so I accepted. At the same time they upgraded me (for free!:beer: ) from tv L package to XL package, so I don't have to pay the V+ monthly fee, and from phone basic package to include free evening and weekend calls.:money:

And they have said that the 4mb broadband speed is going up very soon to 10 mb, again for no extra cost.

At the moment I am loving Virgin media and their very clever V+ box. Wonder how long it will be before they screw things up.
