Just been to my local Staples at Staples Corner near Brent Cross.

Samsung Pleomax DVD+R 50 discs spindle at £9.01 Buy One Get One Free (Nero info tool reports these as Manufactur OPTODISC OR8)

Phillips CD-R 700MB 52x 25 discs spindle at £4.49 Buy One Get One Free

Sony DVD-R 25 discs spindle which I think was £9.99 Buy One Get One Free

Sony CD-R 50 discs spindle which I think was £6 and something Buy One Get One Free although they had sold out of this one.

Also they had a clearance table of computer peripherals which I actually think were a rip off because they were old models and you can actually get the latest versions of the hardware for less from other stores.

Still a few left in Stoke on trent. About 20 mins ago there were 6 x DVD-R and 20 x DVD+R's.

But not as good as some stores though as they had the cheek to charge me £9.01 for 100 instead of the £8.99.Thought about complaining but just picked my 6 tubs up and walked away with a big smile.......:j

I went to Beckton Staples on wednesday and all they had was an empty pallet and sign, but today (24th) at noon, they had about 30 tubs of the +r, but none of the -r on the same pallet by the entrance. Got charged £9.01.
