Hi. Is anyone a bingo expert? I have some money in an account and no idea if or how I can actually claim it.

    Hi

Above where you see your bingo balance is a drop down menu headed account options. Click on the down arrow beside this and you will see a list of account options. Choose withdraw and you will see options on how to withdraw your money.

It might be me being thick but i could never get the bank transfer to work so opted for a cheque. Nice and easy and i received it in about 10 days.

HTH and Well done for winning :j

I do the free bingo periodically, but I did it for most of the day on and off yesterday. my boyfriend told me not to bother because I'll never win anything, but I won £70! So don't give up, I'll definately be doing it next week.

Thanks. It is winnings from a free £10 and says it is in Bingo Bucks. Assume I can not actually have this money?

Bingo Bucks are different, sorry i've only been doing the gala free bingo and it gives you cash wins.

AFAIK you need to make a deposit before you can withdraw winnings from BB's. I'm sure someone will come along and correct me if i'm wrong :)
  • Good louck everyone who's playing, hopefully I'll be able to update my sig
