Gala free bingo really is one for MSE members. Its a great site if you dont mind clicking the mouse a few times.

Help anyone!

I have played a few games now - I think - by going to 'Advance Tickets', selecting a club, clicking 'Free bingo', 2 strips, then 'purchase' then 'confirm' then 'OK' at pop up. However, I just went into 'History', 'My bets', and it says I have none for this period - today.

Have I been playing? Do I need to be on Gala when the games are booked for?
And why when I go into advnaced tickets to buy more does it not show all the clubs, eg 'Seaside' isn't on there now, but I know they exist and do Free bingo.

Lolts of questions, sorry, lol.

Nighttimes on gala are madness, if you want any chance of winning my advice would be get on as early as you can.

I have been very lucky and had 3 wins first was £40 at about 4 o'clock, then £35 which was about 7am!

Today i'm feeling quite chuffed at my £10 (at about 4pm again if anyone cares! lol)

Lolts of questions, sorry, lol.

1) I think it only shows up your bets (games you have tickets for) after they have been played. So if you go to bets as soon as you bought the tickets it won't show you having any.

2) If seaside (for instance) isn't in the advanced games list it means the room is full. You can't get into that room to get your free tickets.
Took me ages to work that out last week when amazon kept disappearing from the list

I bought advanced tickets in a rush last night, but in my hurry must have bet on a paying game as well. So £10 win minus £1.20! Never mind...

For future posters, if you read back over the last 3 or 4 pages I think most of the usual questions are answered Just in case theres noone on to answer your questions and your left stuck.



To answer a couple of yesterdays questions -

If you win anything, move it from Bingo to Lotto via cashier. That stops you accidentally spending it - been there, done that :rolleyes:


To see which tickets you have bought, theres a second tab in the advance tickets section which says reserved tickets. That lists all the tickets still to be played. List of bets only shows them after they have been played.


Rooms disappearing is a bit of a pain, and yes its because they are full up - usually around 700 people. They get v busy from around 5pm, since there are 5p tickets on from them as well. All you can do is keep checking back :cool:

RE: rooms disappearing - if you get lucky and open the "Advanced Tickets" dialogue when all 6 rooms with free games are available, don't close it for the rest of the night! I've been doing this recently and it still lets you buy tickets even in full clubs.

If you want to see what's going on it chat etc, the button top-right of the window will minimize it so you can just see the title bar, clicking it again brings the window back.

10 weeks, average £12 per week, mostly due to a lucky first week, when I bet there weren't nearly as many people playing. Will keep doing it, even if just for the odd tenner - wish I could be up at 4am playing, I'm sure I'd have more luck then!
