Just won £70 as well. :j Probably being a bit thick, but how do I withdraw the money? The withdrawal options says bank transfer, cheque or quickpay, but in the help it says the only free way is via debit/credit card but I can't find this option? Any ideas?

edit: Oops, just read previous posts re depositing £5 and then withdrawing the lot, but am slightly confused over the whole verification thing - I wouldn't have thought they had access to check our passport numbers.

i was wary about it too, so emailed them first to ask. Its just to prove that you're over 18 because of the gambling laws. And the email address they give you is a secure one, different to the one you use for normal queries ;)
My account was up and running again the same day as I mailed them.

Oh and I managed to register my debit card no prob as well by depositing the £5.

Maybe they've changed their system in the last 2 weeks but I've found the bank transfer to be free before.
