Could someone give me some advice on withdrawing winnings???
I didnt add my debit card details when I first signed up, wasnt expecting to win anything  Is there any way of adding them on now??
If not what is the best way to get the money then? I have bank transfer, cheque and Quick Pay listed. But they all have charges I think? How much would a bank transfer cost for example?? or the postage on the cheque?
sorry for all the questions, this is the only bingo site i've ever been on *lol*
If you can, the best way now to withdraw your winnings is to deposit £5 using a debit card then straight away you can withdraw all your winnings and the £5 back to the card.0 -

me again
I got my card registered, deposited my 5 pounds, withdrew my money.....
and now I've received an email to say my account has been suspended as they havent been able to verify my personal details. Is this normal?? Has it happened to anyone else.
It seems to be a genuine mail, but I wanted to check. They say they want a passport number(which I dont have anyway) or a scan of my driving license.
now I'm usually loathed to even give my card details over the net, let alone this.0 -

same thing happened to us yesterday got a phone call from gala asking for passport number to verify my details, a lot of sites this is normal procedure. My hubby gave them passport details no probs so wouldnt worry about it.0 -
Thx Crissy. There are so many scams and spam mails about nowadays, I just wanted to check0

Hi everyone, new to free bingo, can you buy advanced tickets for all the games even if some of them are played at the same time?
