How can I find threads again, I don't want emails just to find threads I'm interested to go back to. Thanks . PS I may not be able to find the answer to this!!

There is a guide from sra on how to Subscribe to threads you are interested in, which can be found in the following link:

When you subscribe to a thread you are interested in, you can select as the "Notification Type" the "no email notification" option rather than the email option.
