basically i think its stamps that have been used but not franked by the royal mail.
the majority of these will be those, just glue them on and they're ok to use again....

Sorry if I'm bumping a really old thread but I couldnt find a more up to date one!

Is the idea of buying unfranked stamps legal? I mean will the post office not just charge the people Ive sent them to?

I need about £150 stamps and if i could so this and add a bit of glue i soooooo would!!
