If you are a Costco member or you know someone who is they were still doing them at the old prices last time I was there. You had to buy them in packs of 100 I think.

Hoping you shop at Asda. Go and do your shopping and add them onto your bill. Your allowed to use 10% off as a minimum off your bill in coupons. Hey presto 10% off. This works for top ups to. Now im hoping you have coupons as well

Costco sell them in packs of 60 for £16ish can't quite remember the whole amount.

Ebay auctions lots of 50 or 100 unfranked and ungummed stamps - they usually seem to sell at around half the face value.
