hi my son gets dla and incapacity of 61.35 per wk can he claim income support with the disability element? he lives at home with me his mum. income support say incapacity is more than income support ?

just telephoned them yes he is entitled to income support as his income is 61 35. and should be 84.40 so he will get 11.85 more a week hopefully backdated to oct when dla was awarded only just has descion on dla he is 28years old. i tried asking them this ages ago i think they are awfull its bad enough having him ill nevermind all this:mad: he gets both lower dla0
