Really sorry to hear of your woes ukboy and I hope that everything goes well at court.
I have today received a letter from RMA and it is them on the link kindly provided by spedyjoe. Spoke with them yesterday and when I told them, for the second time, that I have consulted the CCCS, they referred me back to MBNA but I think that I will reply to the letter so that I have everything on record.
Once again, good luck at court. Let us know how you get on.0 -
How did you get on with them? I've been dealing with them for a while in paying off a debt but I don't think they will be happy that i'm going on a DMS. They currently take a card payment every month but I am phoning them tomorrow and telling them to stop this until they hear from Payplan.
Wish me luck!0 -
They were actually really good - not taking the payment as planned tomorrow which means I can get the xmas presents for the kids. They asked about the situation change and I explained that Payplan would be dealing with it and they said that was fine, and when I had the reference number for payplan to get in touch with them.0
