why didnt you go bankrupt when you got repossessed?
That would have cleared up everything.
Does seem a touch harsh what they are persuing you for over such a long period of time...seems the ball and chain will never be broken..

Surely to go bankrupt you would have to lose everything, savings, house, job the lot??
although im sure you could cheat it and transfer the things like houses into someone elses name.... that way your just living there not owning??0 -
