    I like their simple price structure and objectives.

    But my experience has been that they can make mistakes (as we all do occasionally), and if there is a problem:-

    Its impossible to talk to them directly. Telephone calls are always to an answerphone, and they never call you back.

    They take days to answer e-mails.

    They say errors have been corrected, but in my case I found not fully as my direct debit had not been re-instated.

    They use the big energy companies as agents to keep customer records and send bills, so are only as good as the agent's call centre, and therefore the person you speak to.

    are you calling Ebico direct or the agents at Southern Elctric with details of your DD query? I don't think I've ever failed to speak to someone when calling Southern Electric

    EBICO cocked things up, and it was impossibe to speak to someone to get it put right. Because EBICO cocked it up I wanted them to put it right.
