NPD - when can I close?

Hi
I have started a NPD against a non paying bidder last Sunday. So far there has been no response from them.
I know I can close this at any time, but if I close it, will I get my FV fees back? I want to offer this to the 2nd bidder, but if I wait until Sunday, I think they will no longer be interested.
Thanks

you have to wait 7/8 days if no response before you can close it and get your fees back0

You cant close and get your fees back until 7 or 8 days have passed (when the tick turns blue!).
If you close before the tick in the dispute console has turned blue, then you wont get your fees back.Your = belongs to you
