Don't worry about feeling low, it happens to all of us. Just know that there are people out there for you.... we've all been there.
You mention that you like reading - have you thought about joining a reading group? I belong to one at my local library, and they provide the books, the tea/coffee and once a month I get to chat to a bunch of people for about an hour. All for free!
Its nice knowing I can go out once a month without it costing me a penny....good luck!
Heya, to be fair the last couple of weeks I have been a bit better. Just being on here has helped.

We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
