AND! I just got a call from the recruitment place, Reed, and I have an interview at 1pm at the local hospital to work in the admin dept.. woo! pretty chuffed

good news! got the job, I start Monday at 9am

just a basic admin job, but it's a start, something to get me into the swing of working again.. I was self emplyed for 2.5 years, so I finding it hard to go out to work again. They seem like a nice bunch though, so fingers crossed.. It's working at the hospital 1/2 a mile away doing admit for the Estates dept..

yeah, i walked back and it took just under 20 mins.. it's an ok walk actually, so it's handy.. will burn a few calories anyhow..

just hope i can get on with it.. :rolleyes:

Time yourself walking home (don't do it going you'll get all sweaty) when i used to do it it turned a 35 min walk to a tad under 20,times slowed when i started wearing "steely's" but leg strength inreased i must have looked a right dope, but good free exercise and if you want to carry on a home workout your allready warmed up
