  • Hello artnoble, You are not alone in the words of Michael Jackson!

I love running and it is pretty much free, gets you out of the house and the releases the same chemicals as sex apparently, certainly makes me feel good.

Why don't you go to the library.... there must be some pretty good books there... I love sitting in the library's comfy chairs

There is always a made for tv film on channel 4or5, some of them are not that bad, well actually they are that bad but watchable.

Try and plan your week into free activities..... I think "Free Activities" is deserving of it's own thread.

Anyway chin up, I'm sticking up for you!

    cher pfn great post.

I'm quite lucky and have a decent tv package so there's always something on to watch really, no matter how rubbish it is.

I'd like to try out door running when the weather is better, it takes its toll o our knees. it's much easier at the gym.

I would like to start reading more, it passes time and keeps the brain active.
