Ordered several copies via tesco online.
Still have not turned up and should have arrived saturday!
Anyone else had this problem?
I emailed tesco on saturday but i have not had a response!

Tesco are very slow at responding to emails. They usually take at least a week.....0

I agree about Tesco CS it is very poor, I am in a long running debate about a lost grocery order. E mails are hopeless, best to write to their Head Office, I would ask for your money to be refunded especially if you paid p&p for Saturday delivery,and especially as Kwik Save are selling it for £4.99 to anyone 15 or under.
Ours didn't turn up till 1.30 on Saturday and we thought it wasn't coming! We have always ordered from Amazon for all Harry Potter's before and they have always arrived very early in the morning.

I went into ASDA on sauturday and bought a copy from a huge pile for £7 ish. Does not offer any comfort to you though, but maybe for the next book it may pay to pop down to the local supermarket and get it on the release dayNO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0

Tescos CS is very very poor and an 0870 number so you pay about 8p/min to be on hold for 10 minutes or more! They take a week to respond to e-mails and then usually refer you to call some 0870 number. I'm still waiting for a refund for a parasol that I ordered in May and broke the 2nd time I used it! Try talking to Trading Standards, they're very good at getting companies moving...Don't blame me, it was like that when I got here!0

Not that this helps you much.
But thousands of copies where sent in the post for saturday and it is not surprising that some still have not turned up or did not turn up on saturday.
The royal mail are always losing post. Saying that you are the first person to say that there copy has not arrived yet.
Made no difference to me as I will be one of the minority of people who will not be reading it.

Tesco cs is awful - my Mum did however receive her Harry Potter (which I ordered for her via Tesco) at 07.50 on Saturday.0
