We want to change from scottish power but we don't like using direct debits and they all seem to want them. Is there anybody who lets you pay by any other ways ?

You can pay monthly by cheque or cash at he banks/post office. Pre-payment is another option albeit more expensive.

We are with Ebico, I believe they allow different methods of payment.

Most companies prefer direct debit but will offer other options, usually with a charge for doing so.
