LL Rent Guarantee Insurance

My agent has asked me to pay 2.5% of the rent as some sort of premier service which also includes the rent Guarantee insurance, legal expenses etc. I am not sure if thats a better option than getting myself a LL Rent Guarantee Insurance?
Please help me decide.
thanks

You are right, one must have access to the policy to answer any question, in this thread it would have to be subjecttocontract as he has the policy, hence the question was directed at him.
  • Don't know what you mean by 'legals'.

Rent guarantee insurance is exactly that. If the tenant doesn't pay the rent then the insurance policy does.
