Lunch time ideas..

Invest in a wide necked flask and use it for:

- HM soup or stew (I make rolls to take also)
- chilli con carne and rice
- risottos
- jacket potato with chilli/beans/melted cheese (I chop the jacket potato up and mix)
- pasta - different types of toppings - meat, veggie, etc
- chicken or beef curry and rice
- thai style green curry and rice

Other cold ideas:

- couscous mixed with chopped fresh coriander leaves, diced tomatoes/red onion/cucmber, pinch ground coriander and cumin, lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix together - just delicious. If you want to add meat, I recommend some cooked chicken breast chopped up.
- salads
- sandwiches - I am not a big sandwich fan, but like pineapple and cream cheese on brown, prawn and avocado on brown, there are lots of other filling ideas here.
- cold rice salad
- three bean salad, tinned mixed beans (rinsed), favoured with chopped mint, little olive oil, green leaves and a little salt.
