Travel Insurance for Cosmetic Surgery Abroad

Does anyone know of a travel insurance policy that will cover a trip abroad to have cosmetic surgery?

We realise that it will not cover anything to do with the surgery - we just would like something to cover stolen bags etc and other usual worries whilst she is abroad.

It is for Europe.
