thanks for the info. Anyone had any luck in the past with getting the rental price reduced ?
Yes. 50 a month when we signed up initially and another 50 recently when we went to renew the lease. I should add that the inital asking rent was too high so we didn't get a bargain and we're now paying a fair, but in no way cheap, rent.Stercus accidit0
