Shops that buy your goods?

Hey guys, im in the middle of moving out of home in to my first place, I have found lots of stuff that i am wanting to sell. I remember a shop that was online and has high street stores that buys your stuff off you and also sells goods.

I cant find it again.... any suggestions?

I have found cash generators and cash converters but these arent the ones i remember.

Any help appreciated. :)

  • do you mean places which would sell on ebay for you, i think there was a place called auctioning4u or similar, dotted around the UK, dont know what happened to them.

the branch near my workplace in Notting Hill has disappeared.

CEX.CO.UK is maybe what you're looking for. They buy/sell phones, consoles etc and offer a reasonable price to buy or trade. You don't get as much as *bay but still not a bad place to sell to and luckily they don't withdraw their payment once they have their hands on your goods (so to speak)rolleyes.gif.

  • thanks for your replies ..... cex.co.uk was indeed the one i was looking for.

I agree you might not get as much as ebaying it all, however i think its a lot less hassle, i like the fact you can price up what your going to be sending them. My things are being sent off tomorrow. :)

    thanks again.
  • Hi,
    Just a warning about CEX...
Im not alone as mine and many other peoples items are still waiting to be processed, mine from January.

Also, their customer services are non existant - Ive been cut off loads and no reply from emails.
