Can you start you own thread? Go to the front page and above the liist of threads is a button called new thread (I think).

Put the name of the DCa in the title.

Not heard anything specific to the acronym PDCS.

But it's probably a fair bet that the DCS stands for something along the lines of "Debt Collection Services".

As RAS says, if you start your own thread then people will be able to concentrate on your circumstances and help more.:)

Please give as much detail as you can about the contact you have had, and the debts that this may be about.
