If all shops did take faulty goods back due to neglect from the customer I would imagine we would be paying more for our goods as they would take a hit in there profits, and I doubt manufacturers would be happy to take them back
Fair enough if item was not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described then you may have some recourse0 -
