Hi
I will be doing a Sponsored Parachute jump for an animal rescue centre and I am putting together a self running powerpoint presentation to send to my work collegues to see if they might be kind enough to sponsor me.
I need to add a soundtrack, but not sure what - possible a sad tune that might shed a tear. Any ideas?

Dogsong (aka Sleep Dog Lullaby) by the Be Good Tanyas on their 'Blue Horse' album, it's track 7. Everything by the BGTs sounds sad so it should meet that requirement! You can play a bit from the Amazon site:

Maybe something that people recognise and associate with animal stories -theme from black beauty? bright eyes?0

To shed a tear, you mean sad dog ones? If so, there's "Old Tige" a dog song by Jim Reeves with the lyrics here http://www.tsrocks.com/j/jim_reeves_texts/old_tige.html
Or Elvis with "Old Shep" http://www.sing365.com/music/Lyric.nsf/Old-Shep-lyrics-Elvis-Presley/D5DEE60C82FECDAF4825687400388A9C
If you don't mean that sort of sad then please say and I'll rethink it.
Good luck on the day though and....Happy Landings!

Thanks for all your replies!
Went with 'Lean on me' in the end - the words sort of said what I hoped someone would say to the animals0
