Hi all,
I was officially dischaged from bankruptsy not long ago and was wondering if it is possible to reclaim the fees that i incurred on cards that were included in my BR ?
I know this is a bit cheeky but why shouldnt i if it is possible...

Jamie,
The majority of people can not help going bankrupt but to try and claim these fees back seems very cheeky. No doubt someone will be able to advise you on the board.0 -
Presumably those charges were included in the balance the CC companies had to write off because you were bankrupt.
