Part Ex BMW Z4 on Finance?
Hi all,
Wondering if someone could advise on whether it's possible to prt-ex a car that is currently on a finance agreement?
The purchase price was £16,500 and I put down a 40% deposit. Six months into the 2 year agreement, my situation has changed unexpectedly and I need to rid of the the BMW Z4 for something a bit more practical (preferably in the BMW range)
Has anyone been in a similar situation and if so, what was the outcome?
I understand there may be fees attached to doing this, which I don't mind paying. It just seems a lot easier to part ex the car than selling the car first, paying off the finance and then looking for a new one. Is this possible?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks

Yes, it can be done, the dealer will settle the existing balance of your finance as part of a part exchange deal, however be prepared for a much lower price that the one that you paid originally.0
