!!!!!! - Without knowing the full extent of the original poster's situation, could I ask that you refrain from telling them what not to do regarding their debts. Coupled with the fact that they have already gone down the route of taking professional advice on their situation it's not fair for you to express personal opinions.
Always gotta headache - if you are still considering your options, you may benefit from using our online advice facility Debt Remedy which will allow you to input your personal income and expenditure and then provide you with your options. Alternatively, feel free to have a telephone appointment by calling our helpline on 0800 138 1111
Thanks,

Please do as CCCS_Matthew suggests and talk to them or another debt charity about your situation urgently.
I would recommend that you ignore !!!!!! and do not respond to any PM or other contact for people who only have 2 posts and no history on here.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Hi
Have spoken to the cccs and as there is not really enough money left, bankruptcy would probably be the best route.
I have checked the court papers and its for my hsbc bank account, its not from my bank account its my loan from hsbc that I took out in 2001 and havent paid since august last year.
Would it be worth doing a cca request or is it to far along the line now.
Any advice will be appreciated, and I feel alot better than I did.0 -
Hiya
glad you are feeling better.
You reckon you owe £28,000. How much is the HSBC loan for?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
the hsbc loan was for 21,000 plus charges0

hi
have been working with someone else who has an HSBC loan and they may will probably have the paper work.
What is you situation - are you in rented accomodation or buying a place? If buying, how much equity is there? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Hi
Its private rent, was perhaps looking to buy in 4 years, even if I start working it will take me about 11 years to pay off. Just wondered if they would keep paperwork from 20010 -

You could try but OP's most recent loan was set up in November 2000, so you need to be realistic. However, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
I suppose that you paid a whacking great PPI (or credit loan insurance) single premium and that the whole outstanding interest value was added to the debt when it was refered to the DCa? Are you with MCS?
If the OP did not have a mortgage, I would recommend BK to her, but it will be a problem.
It would be worth talking to rog2 and debt doctor as well. Think on it overnight, have a look at the BK board and have a chat them as well and then come back tomorrow? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
