It would be up to your Buyer to re-send the postage if he wants it sent again.
Be wary though - you are only protected by Paypal if you send to the buyers address that is registered with Paypal - ie the address that is on the Paypal payment is the address that you should be posting to.Your = belongs to you

work addys can be a big problem.
we get this at work often for redelivery.
we have many large banks etc with main offices and people ask for residential items ot be redelivered to their work.
however they often give incomplete addresses and the people on reception dont know the people and refuse the items0 -
