Call me thick, but, without wading through hundreds of pages, how do I trace my own threads, to see if there any replies ALSO, how do I search for any advice on a partcular subject, i.e. premium bonds, washing machines etc. Whenever I enter anything in the "search" it always comes up with "no matches" what am I doing wrong. I can't even find the answer in the FAQ so everyone must know something I don't.
I'm sure you'll all scream the obvious at me but hey, I'll risk it.
Thanks in anticipation.

Yes, but you need to find one of your posts in the first place - thats why I use the ID route, saved as a favouriteAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
When you create a new thread, or reply using advanced reply button, there is a section further down the screen called "Additional Options". Under thread subscriptions, notification type, you can chose to get an email whenever a thread you have started or contributed to is updated with new replies. You can chose to get emailed immediately, daily or weekly.0

As fifeken said, subscribed threads helps you keep track of things.
Even if you select "No email notification", adding things to the subscribed thereads, or letting things you reply to be added automatically, means you'll have a list with the threads that have been replied most recently at the top
for search, see here0
