My partner unfortunatly had an accident this morning on the way to work, he hit black ice whilst turning a corner and went into the back of the car in front.
No major damage to third party car, our car has bumper and bonnet damage, grill missing and potential radiator and engine management issues.
I've passed details onto insurance and waiting for garage to assess my car damage.
Never been involved in an accident before, so unsure what I should be doing and what will happen ect.
Any advice would be appreciated.
