- Entry open to all entrants worldwide, excluding employees and immediate families of Scottish Quest and the 1745 Trading Company, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- No purchase necessary.
- Closing date for entries 31st July 2008.
- To enter, select an answer to each of all the questions in the test and submit your entry electronically.
- Entrant(s) with the highest number of correct answers will be entered into the draw and one winner will be selected at random by an independent judge.
- One entry allowed per person.
- Scottish Quest cannot accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed.
- The prize is a hamper filled with Scottish gifts and food to the face value of £250.
- The winner of the prize will be contacted by telephone before 30th August 2008 and the prize must be claimed by 31st January 2009
