The large plastic envelope is for when you start to receive mail, you record it on the website, keep the smart in your stock and then put the test envelope and R Number label in the large plastic envelope and then at the end of the week, usually a Friday, post it back to them. You have to put a sticker on the back of the plastic envelope too, which has your barcode on, and can be found on the information labels sheet.

No probs
It does seem very daunting at first and they do seem to make a simple job sound and look confusing.Unfortunately, I didnt have this thread to seek advice from when I first started last year.
When I first started receiving mail, I would log it in on my account as received and then shred it because I didnt know otherwise  :rotfl: .... it was weeks before I noticed what you had to do with it but I was never pulled up about it  .0 -
I did something similar too - I even tried to rip open a smart too as I thought there was a £1 coin in there for me :rotfl:0

I'm still wondering what a "SMART" is? Can somebody elaborate please? I didn't find the literature very clear.0

Got a pack today for the additional survey for Royal Mail Misdelivery items.
Doesn't look too complicated, although there is a lot of forms to fill in. My dining room now resembles a sorting office..theres papers everywhere.and its all getting quite confusing.
The pack states that there should be a £6 reward voucher in it, but i can't see anything..am i missing something? The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter0 -
Assuming this is the same survey (recording two weeks of post received) then I've received my pack today with all the survey forms, etc. Six pounds of Love2shop vouchers duly enclosed. Hope that helps.
I got this as well today - just need to record mail for 2 weeks and got £6 in vouchers. Nice! :T0 -

My vouchers were in a small white sealed envelope that came inside the big brown one with everything else - its marked "Items of Value" - not v clear but i figured they must be in there! and there they were. Hope you find yours!0
