Where did you copy the post box number from? Its usually right at the bottom of the plate that gives all the postal times. It should be the first letter/s of your postcode with a number at the side like this WN5 22 your postbox should be in the same postcode area as where you live

Make sure you enter the space between the digits when entering the postbox code also, otherwise it won't work.

  • Any one else had one of these mails or is it just me? I was really getting into it as well!!

    Dear Panellist,

Thank you for your recent participation in the Royal Mail survey conducted by Research International, your contribution has been invaluable.

As you may be aware, we are commissioned by Royal Mail to measure the quality of their service in specific postcode areas, however at present we have more than the required number of panellists in your postcode and unfortunately this means we need to remove you from the panel . We will keep your details on our "Reserve" list in case a space becomes available in your area at which time we would contact you again to see if you are still interested in helping with the survey.

Please continue to post all the items that you have and complete the posting information online.

If you have any questions please call our Freephone Helpline number, or send us an email. Please tell the operator that you are helping with the ‘Royal Mail Postal Survey’.

Once again, thank you for your participation and support with the project.

    Yours Sincerely

    Postal Survey Team
