I haven't got everything yet - just looked at next week's posting schedule and could see from there what i've got to do. I suppose I will get it either tomorrow or Thurs so we can sit and work it out together as I won't know what to do either ! lol
I'm sure the answer to the yellow stickers is in this thread somewhere. I'm off out in a minute (to post a letter ! ) but will have a look when I get back.:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -

I signed up last week and got my introduction pack and free stamps.
I was due to post my first letter today. But today I got an email saying that they had enough people in my area and so the no longer require my services.
I said to contine to post anything I already had though.
Shame I was quite looking forward to doing this. hey hoTwins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j0 -

These are for when you have received an item without a R number inside - the system then gives you a number to write on a yellow sticker to stick on to the item.Good Enough Club Member No 390 -

I emailed them about this after posting and just got the following response:
Dear XXXXXXXX,
Thank you for your email. The yellow stickers are for you to use on items you receive from other panelists (magazines and letters) which do not have an "R" number on an insert inside for you use when recording the receipt of the item online. When you receive one of these items you will not enter an "R" number but tick the box below which says "Click this box if no R-number found". The system will then show you a list of letters or magazine titles you are due to receive along with their issue dates.
You will need to either click one of these options if the title and issue dates exactly match the issue date displayed on the magazine or letter, or select "Other” or “Issue Not Shown / Unknown" if they do not. The system will then issue you with a 4 digit code which you will need to write on one of the yellow labels we supply. Please then stick this label to the outside of the magazine or letter before returning it to us in one of our pre paid return envelopes.
Hope this helps

I have read all the thread, and tried ringing them, bit I can't find the answer I need. I have had the normal white envelopes to post, but now I have 2 brown envelopes to return Smatrs in. I am not sure what a smart looks like, but I dont think I have any yet.
I also have a small white envelope with Freepost Radius on it, and the corner coloured pink. I have put the label on the insert, but I am not sure what to do with the envelope. I have an address label for it, I think, but this label also has survey info on it. Do I use that label, or write the address by hand? also it has to be posted at a PO, will a sub PO do?
I fell a bit silly not being able to work this out for myself, so any help would be welcome.essex girl in exile0 -
