Just had to email them to let them know I haven't received anything to post for this week. Amazed to get a reply, (a proper one!), in under 5 mins...dead impressed!! :T0

I can imagine this postman holding a massive mail bag muttering to himself:D0 -
They probably are to the same address. I signed up just a few weeks ago, and had a query so phoned the helpdesk. They were excellent, helped with my query, and also explained that the address I (and I suspect you) are posting to is 'for training'. I haven't received any mail yet to my mystery initials!
I had two letters to post (to the same address) the first week, none to post the next week, two to the same place this week, and I can see on the site I'll have yet another two to the same address next week; different days of the week each time, but always after 1pm before last post. I've found it quite fun, its a pleasant walk to the post box if I'm home and easy to pop it in a box if I'm out. The paperwork takes just a few seconds when I'm back at home. The stamps come in very handy as we've got youngsters at Uni.
When I emailed about the training bit on the website, the message I had back said that some people never manage to open the training docs because of some mysterious setting on the computers. Everything else feels really well organised and professional, so its strange that there should be a problem with something so simple!
Hope this helps
