  • Reading through the messages its amazing the amount of questions that are being asked that are all explained in the FAQ on the site :roll

Also, has ANYONE got the training links to work? The window pops up but I get a 404-Page Not Found error for all of the training. On 2 PCs, with firewall, popup blocker off etc. I sent them details of the address that the link tried to open as I think it looks like they have the syntax wrong in the link. If you email them, they will email you PDF files of the training anyway.

At first it does look a bit complicated but Im sure once you start it gets easier! Im stuck with 1 sub Post Office in the village and thats it as far as post boxes go! Theres a Post Office 3 and another 7 miles away so Ill just be registering the one :)

Also, there is only one collection a day, at 3.30pm so I can post my items anytime I want as long as its before then :)

I get the same probs on the training bit I email them and the this was there reply
"Thank you for your email. Apologies you have not been able to access the training. We have attached two "PDF" documents which contain the same information as the online training screen.

You will need software that is able to read a PDF file installed on your computer to view this document. If you do not have this software, you can download it by clicking on the link below (you may need to hold down your Ctrl key while clicking on the link):

    http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

We have found that there are a few panellists that have had recurring problems accessing the training area. Unfortunately, we have not been able to resolve this issue so you may always find it to be a problem. However, as mentioned above we have attached some guidelines which we hope will help."

I dont know how to upload the pdf but more than happy to send it if peeps need it
;)Never hold your farts in. They travel up your spine, into your brain, and that's where you get s****y ideas from.
