At the end of the day if the post is clearly written the postman should do is job properly.

Yep, totally agree. And no offence to those of you who are posties, as this thread was not set up for postie-bashing!

As most have said, the majority of posties are lovely chaps and very friendly. But as stated, and as with any job, there are always ones who let the side down, whether by doing a shoddy job of it or just being plain rude. I'm sure you good posties don't object to us wanting to show these ones up as they are making a bad name for you. So we aren't pointing the finger at Royal Mail as a company, or all the posties collectively, just a few certain individuals. In my job if there were ones that were not doing their job properly I would want some action taken against them as its just not fair on the ones who are. So those who are doing their job well needn't worry! We aren't expecting the world!

I've refreshed it a few times now and I've tried logging in three times. It lets me into the site then everytime I try to put in my data it crashes.

Its prob just a site prob as many of us seem to be saying the same thing

Does it matter if we dont put in the data the same day we did it?

Hi SarahReid, I don't think it matters; my report this evening was concerning post for last Thursday and Friday. One of the times I tried I got a calendar after answering that it wasn't posted 'today'. The next time I got another question asking whether or not it was posted on <the date> that it was meant to be sent. Hope this helps.

Same here, went through the whole envelope and the second one, which I received yesterday!!! Have emailed them...

Just to let you know that you have to prove you can do the job before they reqard you. They also have specific dates they send stamps out. The date can be found on the news page generally.

    I hope this helps.

ive had it with the survey. There is always something and they dont answer the phone very much. I have lost faith in them and frankly have lost interest. Its a lot of worry for some free stamps.

I received my first class stamps and 2 envelopes to post out. Found it quite easy to do. Don't give up. If you get 18 first class stamps per month it will more than pay for all your Xmas cards.

its not much hassle - litterally takes 2 mins to fill the stuff in line and prepare them - then i just set my phone to remind me when to put them in the post box
