Right quick question when I return test items to kantar... the labels say

Please attach this label to the envelopes that you return your items to us inside.

Do I attach it to the big plastic envelope? or to the items inside?
Sorry it's a bit of a dumb question but the more I read it, it seems it could be either!

When I first read it, I thought the same thing too, until I realised I didn't have enough labels for all the items, so I put them on the front of the big grey envelope. :D

Can I ask a silly question, please?

I am just starting the training and I would like to know if the R stickers are different from the SMARTS? And if so do I put the R sticker on the paper insert in the envelope each time I am to post one?

    I am not sure???

    Thanks in advance!

I reg'd, got the 18 stamps + 2 extra on "to send" ones. I sent one, went on holiday, didn;t send the 2nd one.

Then I got two more and failed to send those either.

I just received an e-mail saying how much they appreciated my help but there are enough people in my area doing this.

I guess I am not what they were looking for!

    hi there,
Firstly, it is not a silly question. The R stickers are to be put on the inserts that say 'Please affix R Number label here' The Smarts are small packs with a chip inside to monitor the journey of the letter/package. Hope this helps. good luck, and hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

When you have the training pack it does not include any Smarts which I found confusing because I was looking for them like you.

When you go on to the programme properly you will get Smarts and then the penny drops :)

I made all sorts of mistakes to start with I don't know if it is me or the trainig/information given but you will soon ge the hang of it.

  • I've just filled this form in on the site. However, on the final page where you enter the details and select the code, when I chose the code, the page after a while timed out. After a few refreshs sending page form data again the page came back up, and let me finally submit it to which I received a thank you page and that "I should receive an email soon"

any idea how long it normally takes for this email to come through? As I wonder seein as its been 30minutes so far, to if some data may have been lost perhaps, although the only pages prior to that were just eligibility questions.

Really want to be part of this mainly cos after having moved to this place 3 months ago, in the past week I've had 3 parcels from different places not turn up, so I'm suspicious of some theft somewhere along the lines. (and of course the stamps :))

    You won't get a reply today - They only work 9 to 5 !!

It could take anything from a couple of days to weeks, all depends on their workload.
