The problem is the local small LIDL will probably have about 10 and I'd need to Queue for an hour before they open or I won't get one. Baa humbug.

Just managed to get one on Ebay for £7.49 inc p+p;saved me a 20 mile round trip to a Lidl store and an hour queueing up.

Just bought one at Lidls (no queue), thanks to this post. Not had chance to try it fully but already horrified that my tv/vid/dvd/sky hardware seems to use 27 watts in standby! I want to check how much my different dishwasher programs use.

The checker seems very staightforward to use and I think the blurb says it's accurate to 5%.
