Warehouse Loyalty cards!!!

I was in Warehouse at the weekend and I was offered a loyalty card. This was how it was described, i would collect points and then i would get vouchers for money off, just like boots!!
I asked three times if it was a credit card and was told no.
i then said, so I don't have to pay with it and then I don't get a bill at the end of the month to pay off. to which she finally said, 'oh yes it is a store card!'
so be warned the warehouse card is not a loyalty card at all, its a glorified store card with a massive interest rate.
Don't you just hate things like that - i feel like i ought to report them but who to???
