This may not be the case in all stores but I belive they are supposed to ask for the email address you used so they can see if you are on the list or not. I've just got this emailed to me as well.

I can't get mine to print without cutting half the barcode off any suggestions?

Try changing the page orientation to Landscape instead of Portrait.
