I bought a new viewty mobile phone from a 3 shop, whichwas stolen last night :mad:. When I bought the phone I asked about buying insurance in which the sales person told me they do not sell insurance so when i rang to report my phone stolen the sales advisor asked me did I take out insurance with the phone. which I said they did not provide it and the sales advisor said it was unfortunate that I did not take it out. were do I stand with this?
