Interest Charged On Zero Balance

I Paid Off My Mint Credit Card In Full Last Month, Yet In This Month's Statement They Reckon I Owe Them £101 In Interest And An Overlimit Fee. I Know They Got My Payment In Time Last Month.
They Say It's Because I Was Overlimit Last Month, But How Can I Owe Interest When My Balance Is Zero.

    Hi

It takes 2 months of clearing your balance in full for no interest to be charged.

The interest will be from the day they produced the statement to when you paid it e.g. produced ont he 1st of the month, received by you 7th, paid 14th = 14 days of interest accrued.

    Hope this helps
