I'm a PowerSeller and I had an item removed once for having put "like new"..

It is just simply based upon who has reported you (a rival seller, with a in depth knowledge of eBays myriad of rules perhaps..?)..

I would agree that, for higher volume PowerSellers, they can break as many rules as they like, and appear untouchable..

The only rule I believe they can't break, is payment of eBay fees! :rotfl: instant ban!
