Good spot missed some of these in the sale for my son ! Great to put away for next Xmas, might come in handy clearing all that snow from the path !0 -
Hi,
That's great thanks - it's my little un's birthday in a couple of weeks and he has so much tat already that he doesn't play with, but he's recently he's developed a real passion for anything yellow - JCB's, cranes, excavators - fantastic!
Aaaagh! The store just called - the only one they have is the display one - and they wouldn't give a discount for it being the display unboxed one!!
Will have to see whether I can find someone to pick it up from the next town along
THIS is a link I think to another site selling the same thing for £50! Better pictures so you can acually see the scale of it

I've have reserved one to collect at the Silverlink store in North Shields, but have just received a phone call to say that the one showing on their stock file is damaged. Shame - my little boy would have loved it!0

oh i have just got the last one a few miles away - perfect for the sand pit
thanx for this- I came, I saw, I conquered :j

Got the last one for miles around. DS3 will be over the moon. He once spent half an hour on one of these at a playground and had to be persuaded off.
Hate to think what he's going to do to the garden now though. :eek:0 -
Cheers OP. Picked mine up from Kings Lynn branch. All brand new and boxed.I'm not as good as useless0

Many thanks lynn44.
Just collected mine from Halfords, in a brand new box too. Not an exdisplay model.0 -
Grrr! I found another one, last in store, got my darling daddy to take me to get it, but lo! No! It was another one without a box, absolutely filthy, stickers hanging off - and they still wanted ten notes for it!!!
So annoyed.
Ah well, it's not worth the 15 mile each way drive to the next nearest place to get one, especially if they've only got the display model too, so forget it - £10 saved! Always look on the bright side!
DS was having a RIGHT strop yesterday afternoon, so I sat him on my lap and asked him if he wanted to look at diggers.
We then proceeded to spend 45 minutes on the JCB industrial sites looking at all the different type of vehicles they do, and with all the different types of buckets etc. Bargain. And no mess to tidy up!

got this for my son xmas (£19.99 at time) and he loves it. Nice and sturdy.
Doesn't have the sound that the wilkos had but think this one is much better quality wise, and for £9.99 it would be an absoulte bargain - he's looking forward to playing with it in the sand pit in the summer.;)
